Miguel Aragoncillo is a strength coach and personal trainer based out of Boston, MA. He has experience working with professional athletes in many different sports, including NHL, MLB, MLS. He has also worked with youth athletes from under 10 years old to high school and college athletes. He speaks at several different seminars, and assists with the teaching of anatomy based courses all over the nation. His writing has been published on several nationally known websites and magazines.
