Paul Sorace (in his own words): I am a clinical exercise physiologist and personal trainer. I graduated with a BS in Biology from St. Peter’s College and a MS in exercise physiology from Long Island University. I have obtained certifications with the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have been active with these two organizations, presenting nationally, writing and editing, and serving on a number of their committees, and I have obtained fellowship with ACSM.
